When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations prevent us from accommodating other clients.

Cancellation Policy

• We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.

• Deposits are non-refundable and apply toward your service.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

 

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our artists’ time. This policy allows us to continue offering high-quality services while welcoming walk-ins whenever availability allows.
